How to integrate the calendar

• If you use Google Calendar…
  • Click +GoogleCalendar button on the bottom right of the calendar.
• If you don’t use Google Calendar…
  • Download the ICS file:
    • Socials: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/milwaukeestomp%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
    • Classes: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/58132c17a8473110c2798584340d54470fda5d37f26145981578ef0d43425f97%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
  • Import it into the calendar application that you use. Most of them support ICS files.

2 Calendars Explained: Separate calendars for Socials and Lessons.

• You may have already subscribed to the calendar for social events. To get the calendar for lessons, click +GoogleCalendar button on the bottom right of the calendar again.
• But why?
• Having two separate calendars means you get color-coded events. One for lessons and workshops; the other for social dance events.
• Socials might have a 1 hour (or less) lesson at the start, but most of the time is meant for social dancing, not training.
